The Story

Doughroom — a second stage, made to hold the ordinary days of the people who come to it.

If Soigné is a room for enjoying a work, Doughroom is a room that holds a daily life. Around the fresh pasta Chef Jun Lee arrived at through everything he had done before, we wanted good cooking of every kind to belong inside an ordinary week, and to leave a mark in it.

The dough table where the fresh pasta is made sits at the centre. The showcase holding the pasta, and the moving kitchen visible through it, can be approached and watched at any time.

Doughroom holds the honesty of food and of ingredients, and lives as a place of food culture inside the life of its neighbourhood.
